Warranty Coverage
All REMOGO products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty beginning on the original date of purchase. This warranty is intended to provide assurance that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal operating conditions and installed according to the instructions provided by REMOGO. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or accidents. Additionally, any issues caused by exposure to extreme environmental conditions, power surges, or use with incompatible components are not covered. Labor costs related to installation, removal, or reinstallation of the product are excluded from warranty coverage. Products that have been altered or tampered with in any way, including the removal of serial numbers or other identifying labels, are also not eligible for warranty service.

How to Submit a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must provide valid proof of purchase showing the date and location of purchase, along with a detailed description of the issue encountered. Claims can be submitted through our customer support team. Once the claim is received and evaluated, REMOGO will determine whether the product is eligible for warranty coverage. If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, REMOGO will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value. Shipping costs associated with returning the product to REMOGO may be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability
REMOGO’s responsibility under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the product. Under no circumstances shall REMOGO be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of time, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use, or damage to other property resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
