I received the Remogo remote start kit and the Long Range RF kit for my Tacoma as a Christmas gift. The initial install went smoothly, routing the wires was not that difficult. Hardest part was getting the trim back on the steering wheel.
I wasn’t able to install the RF kit until the morning of New Year’s Day, and the instructions were a bit unclear, so I couldn’t get the RF key fob working at first.
Long story short, I reached out through the chat on the website and was immediately helped. After a bit of back-and-forth to understand the issue, Steve called me within a minute of saying he would and walked me through the installation step by step. We had it working in 5 minutes. What really impressed me was that they openly acknowledged their own mistake in the instructions and explained it clearly so I could get everything working properly. Steve was a stand up guy and the reason I will recommend this kit above others.
