Where is REMOGO located, and where does it ship from?
REMOGO is a U.S.–based company, and all orders are fulfilled from our New Jersey warehouse. Each remote starter purchase includes free same-day shipping, with delivery times typically ranging from 1–4 days depending on your location.
What is REMOGO return policy?
We get it — life happens, and things don’t always work out as planned. That’s why we offer a 60-day return policy. Returns are fast and free so you can shop with confidence. To begin a return, simply contact our support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
What is REMOGO warranty policy?
Every REMOGO product comes with a 1-year warranty for peace of mind. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If something isn’t working as it should, just reach out to our support team. We’ll be happy to help with a repair or replacement. What is the range of a REMOGO remote starter?
The REMOGO remote starter system integrates seamlessly with your factory key fob, so the range is limited to the distance of your current key fob. For extended range, you can add a long-distance remote or smartphone control system.
Can I add extended range or smartphone accessories?
Yes! REMOGO™ Remote Start Systems support name-brand long-range remotes and smartphone control options. Accessories vary by kit, so please refer to the Compatible Accessories tab on your product page to ensure proper fit and functionality.
Will installing a remote starter void my vehicle’s warranty?
No, adding a remote starter will not automatically void your vehicle’s warranty. According to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, an automotive warranty provider cannot deny coverage solely due to the installation of an aftermarket part. However, we recommend reaching out to your dealer or warranty provider for further information.
